Hotel Sugar Beach is located in the Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica's North-West, 8 kilometers north of Flamingo Beach. The hotel has a privileged beach front location, surrounded by 24 acres of nature on the private and secluded "Playa Pan de Azucar". (Sugar Bread Beach). Rooms Description
	Standard Room:Twelve rooms with garden view; four with ocean view. Standard Rooms offer a large patio surrounded by green landscaping, two double beds, hot water, TV, air conditioning, safety deposit box and ceiling fans. The rooms have been constructed in 8 duplexes that are positioned on the property to give maximum privacy and some view to the ocean.
	Deluxe Room: Six rooms near the swimming pool with partial beach/sea view. Their features include a comfortable set up, including one king size bed, a large terrace surrounded by green landscaping, solar heated water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, safety deposit box and a small refrigerator.
	Honeymoon Suite: One of the best sea views of the hotel. Just lovely! It has one king size bed, hot water, TV, a/c, a large bathroom, small refrigerator and balcony with a hammock and an incredible view of the ocean.
	Master Suites: Three second story suites with view of swimming pool and partial beach/sea view. The suites feature an open air sala and two large private balcony decks. The bedroom has a king size bed, solar heated water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, safety deposit box and a small refrigerator.
	Grand Villa: Our beach front Grand Villa is tucked away on the southern edge of Playa Pan de Azúcar. From this tranquil spot, guests enjoy the added privacy with full access to the hotel’s facilities. This two-story Spanish colonial home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, TV, a large dinning/living room, full kitchen, second story deck and large porch with wet bar, BBQ, tables, chairs and lounges. All with breathtaking ocean views!
	Two bedroom suites: Two suites with two bedrooms each (one king size bed and 2 double beds), living area and open air terrace, only a few steps away from the beach. The suites also include hot water, TV, a/c and safety deposit box.
Description of the Playa Houses
	Beach house - two dormitories with 2 double beds each one, a dormitory with a bed king, 2 baths, hot water, TV, a/c, cooks (equipped with table articles) and room. The house can be rented with 2 or 3 dormitories.
	Villa Grande - NEW! Our magnificent villa is entering by the South edge of the beach Sugar Bread. 5 dormitories, 3 baths, a great, hungry room, cook equipped, soft with stay with bar, BBQ, pull and chairs. The dormitories have conditioned air, ventilators of ceiling and breezes of the ocean.
