VILLA KISKADEE - One of the most elegant residences in Manuel Antonio. This three level home is a true masterpiece of architecture that delicately combines luxury, comfort and privacy in an idyllic natural setting. The house boasts panoramic views, lush tropical gardens, private terraces and a lap pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean and four spacious bedrooms. It is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the spectacular sunset of Manuel Antonio.
Villa Kiskadee comprises four spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, overhead fans, private balcony and a personal safe for valuables. On the upper level, there are two master bedrooms. One features a king size bed, walk-in closet and private bath with shower and Jacuzzi with lovely views of the ocean. The other master bedroom has two full size beds and a large private bath with shower. On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms, one with two full size beds; the other with a comfortable day bed and trundle. Both have full private baths. The lower level also has a kitchenette, deck and covered open sitting area. Other amenities include satellite and cable television, telephone, powder room and laundry.
THE PANORAMA BUNGALOW - Is the perfect place for family or 2 couples. You can share living area, kitchen and 2 terraces overlooking a great ocean-forest view; one of them with Jacuzzi and the other with rocking chairs.
Have privacy in one of the 2 rooms, one with king size bed and the other with 2 twins, which together can form a king; both with bathroom and air conditioning.
Tulemar's infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of refreshment under the tropical sun. The pool has been constructed with a trickle down edge that gives the illusion that the pool's water falls into the Pacific Ocean. The view of the daily sunset from the pool area is indisputably one of the best in the area. Monkeys and sloths are often seen in this area as they forage through the trees by the edge of the pool.
We offer a first class restaurant: Tule Café, specializing in multi-ethnic cuisine with up to 45 recipes originating from countries throughout the world. A spectacular view of the colorful sunsets as the tropical sun dips into the pacific ocean. Tule Café Restaurant was recently awarded best V.I.P treatment in a regional magazine, acknowledging our desire to serve each person with the up most quality. Open at 6:30 am and close at 10:00 pm; room service free of charge during these hours.
Our exclusive beach is located in a protected bay allowing your to take advantage of the various water activities that Tulemar offers, without having to worry about dangerous undertows or riptides. As a guest at Tulemar Bungalows, kayaks and snorkeling equipment are for your exclusive use. Turtle Trap Beach Bar ensures that you don’t have to go far to order your favorite cocktail or satisfy the rumbling in your stomach while you relax at the beach.
Tulemar has a Certificate for Sustainable Tourism, earned by the hotel for our effort to eliminate the negative impacts that tourism cause on the environment.
The Beach is honored to have been awarded the Bandera Azul Ecológica (Ecological Blue Flag) for the fourth year in a row. The blue flag this year was granted to 35 beaches in the entire country distinguishing our high standards based on the following criteria: quality (cleanliness) of ocean water, quality of drinking water offered at the beach, quality of the coast with respect to garbage, industrial drainage, and treated residual water, local environmental education, and level of beach security and administration.
